Actress fined for Expressway dance video
Teledrama actress Menaka Madhuwanthie was found guilty of driving a car recklessly on the Southern Expressway and was fined.
This video shot while driving along the Southern Expressway shows the actress taking her hands off the wheel to execute several dance moves while she drove.
She was fined Rs 5,000 by the Bandaragama Circuit Magistrate recently.
