Fuel Bowser Topples Into River,The Water Supply To Several Areas Has Been Restricted
A fuel bowser has toppled in the Madawa area of Kiriella, contaminating water flow in the Kalu Ganga.
The incident occurred at around 1am today
The National Water Supply and Drainage Board stated accordingly the water supply to Moratuwa, Panadura, Boralesgamuwa, Bandaragama, Piliyandala and Horana has been restricted.
The Water Board further noted the water purifying plant in Kandana, Horana has also been temporarily closed as a result.
